 Villain: Scrap Shooter

    Going off of my last review, Scrap Shooter is another one of the Evilikin, but unlike Shield Shredder, I wasn't that impressed with his moveset. His barrel cannon is a powerful multishot move, but it can also be pretty inaccurate. His barrel launch has the same pros and cons: it's powerful, but inaccurate at the same time. Overall, I'm not a big fan of Scrap Shooter, but I can't deny that his attacks pack a punch, so I'll give him a 3/5.
