    I have very fond memories of Brawl & Chain as he was one of my favorite villain back in the day. Maybe I am biased, but he is one of the best villains in the game. His hook spin is insanely powerful as it's capable of killing enemies in one hit and can even hit multiple enemies at once. His hook and reel ability is great for pulling in enemies where you can then use the hook spin to take them out, and it helps that it also has lots of range and does good damage. Again, maybe I am biased, but in my opinion, Brawl & Chain is definitely worthy of a perfect 5/5.
