Wanted: Was evil BEFORE it was cool.

 Villain: Chill Bill

Bounty: 250 gold

    Chill Bill is one of the most iconic villains in the Skylanders franchise, even earning him a reappearance in Imaginators as one of the commentators of the arena (we'll get to the other one later). Why he became so popular completely eludes me as he has some of the weakest attacks in Skylanders history. His freeze ray does freeze enemies, which I can definitely appreciate, but it does almost no damage. His ice jetpack slows enemies down and has a nice radius, but again, it does almost no damage. Along with that, it doesn't even work the first time. This was the first trial where I had to fully rely on Drobot, which isn't a good thing because these trails are meant to show that the villains can hold their own against enemies. Originally, I didn't want to give Chill Bill a 1/5 as his attacks are useful, but considering how weak they are, I have no choice but to give him the first ever 1/5.
