Game 5, Chapter 9: Born to Burn! (part 2)

 Skylander: Lava Lance Eruptor

Upgrade path: Volcano Vaulter

    I hinted in my review of regular Eruptor that Lava Lance Eruptor is a major improvement, and that's a claim that everyone seems to agree with. Let's just say that my opinion has yet to change. His lava lance has so much power, but unlike regular Eruptor, it's not his only good move. His jousting ability speeds him up significantly while doing damage to anything in his path, and you can even use the lance as a pogo stick. His barfing move is still intact, but now it seeks out enemies and forms volcanoes that shoot homing balls of lava. His Soul Gem is a lava fountain that damages enemies in a large area and it's super powerful. Like with Jet-Vac and Terrafin, Lava Lance Eruptor is a big improvement over the original, and like the reposes of those two skylanders, the only thing that I can give him is a 5/5.

Every Trap Master Ranked From Worst To Best

      After Swap Force washed out the bad taste left by Giants, Trap Team came in to wash it out even further. Overall, the game was highly praised with IGN calling it the best in the series and many users on the r/skylanders subreddit calling it their favorite. As for me, I absolutely love it, but it's only my second favorite game in the series (we'll get to my favorite soon enough). Part of my love for this game comes from the trap masters and how enjoyable the majority of them are. Along with that, Trap Team introduced my favorite skylander and he just so happens to be a trap master.
