Every Swapper Ranked From Worst To Best
Swap Force was exactly what Skylanders needed after the poor taste that was left by Giants, as it introduced a new concept that I can't even being to explain. The main skylanders in this game weren't just oversized cores with a few minor adjustments. They had the awesome ability to literally swap their top and bottom halves to give a lot of variety to the players (btw, there are a total of 256 combinations). Another thing that Swap Force did that was a big improvement over Giants was that it not only released more new characters, but more new and great characters. As for the main attraction, while not all of the swappers are great, I found that the majority of them are. With that being said, let's get into the list.
#16: Free Ranger
Yet another example of wasted potential (oh wow, that kind of rhymed).
#15: Grilla Drilla
He packs a powerful punch, but that's basically it.
#14: Fire Kraken
The Big One kept this act from going up in smoke.
#13: Rattle Shake
Enjoyable, but not that memorable.
#12: Stink Bomb
At least he doesn't figuratively stink.
#11: Boom Jet
Not really a fan of football, but those bombs sure are fun to use.
#10: Hoot Loop
The hypnosis move is the definition of broken.
#9: Wash Buckler
For a pirate that doesn't act like one, he's pretty good.
#8: Trap Shadow
Stealth is what puts this cool cat in the middle *internally cringes*.
#7: Rubble Rouser
A giant hammer is the perfect solution to any problem.
#6: Blast Zone
Bouncing bombs make for a great weapon, especially when they're on fire.
#5: Magna Charge
Definitely the most enjoyable swapper.
#4: Doom Stone
A solid conclusion to the Swap Force roster.
#3: Spy Rise
This one has a lot to offer and I love all of it.
#2: Freeze Blade
My first swapper and still one of my favorites.
#1: Night Shift
He has close-range, long-range, speed, self-healing, and extra lives. Who else was supposed to go here?
