Game 1, Chapter 3: Bring the Boom!

Skylander: Boomer

Upgrade path: Demolition Troll

    Going in, I was a big fan of Boomer and thankfully, that hasn't really changed. His first move, where he throws dynamite, is fantastic for clearing out waves of enemies, especially since it splits into 3 miniature sticks upon impact, resulting in more damage. His third move, where he places down a bomb, is great for any enemies that are following you as they'll walk straight into them as they explode. His second move, where he slams the ground, however, is a bit of a double-edged sword. On one hand, it's great for knocking down enemies that are on higher platforms as well as knocking enemies back. On the other hand, it doesn't do that much damage outside of that. I thought long and hard about my rating, but I think that a 4/5 is pretty fair.
